Audit Finds Inconsistent Oversight, Administration Of Move On When Reading

A state program to make sure students are reading at grade level before they can move on to fourth grade suffers from inconsistent oversight and administration, according to the Arizona Auditor General’s office.

Jeff Gove is a performance audit manager in that office and worked on the report.
