Research Shows Relationship Between Income, Longevity

It may come as no surprise that people who make more money live longer. They have access to better health care and can afford a better quality of life. New research published in the Journal of the American Medical Association has quantified this relationship between income and longevity.

KJZZ's Jimmy Jenkins spoke with Ben Scuderi, a researcher at the Harvard University Economics Department and a coauthor on the study, about the implications of the research for Arizona and the nation.
