Keolu Fox is a geneticist and a Ph.D candidate at the University of Washington School of Medicine.

Genetic research can be used for many things, including to better understand our health. But in the pool of data about our genes, there is very little from non-European groups, and even less from indigenous ones.

Keolu Fox, a Ph.D candidate at the University of Washington School of Medicine, spoke about that. He is interested in using genetic tools and technology to reduce health disparities for native populations.
