Study Uses Phoenix As Baseline In Cost Of Living Analysis

A recent analysis of how much it costs to live “comfortably” in different American cities used Phoenix as the baseline.

The report cited Arizona’s capital city as one with a “moderate cost of living and a median income that’s close to the national average.” George Hammond, director of the Economic and Business Research Center in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona, spoke about what that means.
