Arizona Senator John McCain is calling for a criminal investigation by the Justice Department over the Environmental Protection Agency’s release of toxic water from an abandoned mine last year.
The Senate Indian Affairs Committee held a field hearing in Phoenix Friday to talk about how the EPA responds to American Indian tribes. KJZZ’s Laurel Morales spoke about the hearing.
