Budget-watch was back on at the Arizona Capitol on Friday. Some lawmakers are likely bleary-eyed, though, as the House Appropriations Committee didn’t finish its work until early Friday morning.
Howie Fischer of Capitol Media Services provided an updat about how big the divide was between proposals in the House and Senate.
