Access to state-funded pre-kindergarten programs in Arizona remains relatively low. That’s according to a new reportfrom the National Institute for Early Education Research.
From 2014 to 2015 the state ranking fell one spot to 35 among the 43 states that offer pre-K programs for 4-year-olds. Arizona’s quality standards remained the same, meeting just five of the group’s 10 minimum quality benchmarks.
