The first quarter of this year boasted the Phoenix area’s highest-ever rents and lowest-ever vacancies; that’s all according to an analysis by Pete TeKampe, he’s vice president of investments at the Real Estate Investment Services firm Marcus & Millichap in Phoenix.
When you dig down into the numbers, there are a few surprises — including the fact that the highest vacancy rates in the Valley are in uptown and central Phoenix — considered pretty popular parts of town.
