Mesa Looking To Partner With Insurance Companies On Emergency Response

Mesa officials are trying to work out a way to keep their unique emergency response system going. The city has been developing a model of responding to 911 calls by sending out targeted services, and trying to keep people out of ambulances and emergency rooms.

Tony Lo Giudice is the community care grants administrator for the Mesa Fire and Medical Department. Giudice talked about how Mesa is taking a different approach to emergency services and response.
