What would happen in Phoenix if there was a similar incident to the one in Cincinnati where a young boy fell into a gorilla enclosure?

To answer that, we talked to Denise Wagner, she’s senior keeper of primates at the Phoenix Zoo. She talkd about the zoo's emergency plan for this kind of situation.
