Sustainability and the Valley would seem like an obvious fit. It’s a place with abundant sunshine and natural resources.
But for many people, especially those who don’t live here, the perception is almost the opposite. Andrew Ross’s book from a few years ago called Bird on Fire: Lessons from the World’s Least Sustainable City didn’t help.
