The Scottsdale City Council will vote Tuesday night on whether to purchase a little more than 5 acres of private property to include in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The price tag is $4 million. Preserve Director Kroy Ekblaw says it’s likely the most expensive price per acre for preserve land so far.
