Legislative primaries aren’t until late next month and some of the races won’t even be decided until November. That hasn’t stopped State House Speaker candidates from trying to line up support.
"A big part of who will be speaker will be determined by the August primary," said Hank Stephenson, a reporter for The Arizona Capitol Times who wrote about the issue.
