ADOT: Turnout Impressive For Proposed Interstate-11 Arizona Corridor

The Arizona Department of Transportation has hosted six public meetings so far about the proposed Interstate 11 corridor and the turnout has been impressive.

In a statement, ADOT said more than 500 people have come out the meetings, and hundreds more shared their opinions online.

An ADOT study team is gathering public feedback on maps of the 280-mile-long corridor study area between Nogales and Wickenburg.

The next formal public meeting will be early next year when ADOT’s study team presents possible routes for the 280-mile long freeway.

Anyone interested in sharing their views about the study can do so at 11study.com/Arizona.
