Democratic Presidential Nominee Hillary Clinton wants to make in-state colleges and universities tuition-free for many students.
She’s proposing starting the program for students whose families make $85,000 a year or less, with the cap reaching those making $125,000 a year or less within five years.
But, how would that work, and what would it mean for those state schools? To help answer those questions, I’m joined by Scott Jaschik, the editor of Inside Higher Ed.
