Yavapai County’s development services department is holding the first of two meetings about sober living group homes Monday evening.
The head of that agency, Steven Mauk, said misinformation about sober living homes in the unincorporated parts of Yavapai County is worrying residents.
He wants to address concerns that sober living homes could pop up in those areas. As KJZZ first reported sober living homes have made Prescott a top destination for those in recovery.
