Is Arizona's Strategy To Bring Businesses, Jobs From California Working?

Arizona business and political leaders have talked a lot about bringing in companies and jobs from California. Gov. Doug Ducey has mentioned that strategy a number of times.

Eric Jay Toll, who covers the economy for the Phoenix Business Journal has crunched some numbers on this, and found California-based firms put more than $3 billion in capital and 12,000 jobs in Arizona.
