What Could Arizona Learn From Colorado's Recreational Marijuana Legalization?

Proposition 205, the measure to regulate marijuana like alcohol, has received the go-ahead from the Arizona Supreme Court to appear on the November ballot. That promises to unleash a lot of arguing and lot of money into TV and radio ads and mailers over the next two months.

In 2013, Colorado voters faced a similar campaign—ultimately approving the possession, use and regulated distribution of marijuana for adults.

To find out what may be in store for Arizona, we spoke with attorney Brian Vicente, he served as co-Director of the Colorado campaign.
