Poll: 20 Percent Of Prop 123 Supporters Would Change Their Vote

Recent polling done by the Morrison Institute and The Arizona Republic indicates there may be some buyers’ remorse related to the passage of the education funding measure, Proposition 123.

It modified how much state land trust money is distributed to Arizona’s public schools to the tune of $3.5 billion over 10 years. Some are concerned that progress has been slow.

Joe Thomas, president of the Arizona Education Association, hasn't had any second thoughts.

"I think that it came in the nick of time to keep more of our teachers in the classroom," Thomas said.
