Arizona’s 1st congressional district is one of the largest in the country and the seat is open, thanks to Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick’s decision to not run for reelection and instead challenge Sen. John McCain.
Nationally, Democrats and Republicans are watching the race between Paul Babeu and Tom O’Halleran very closely and are investing a lot of money in the district.
