Among all the breathless headlines you’ve heard recently – check out this one…

That bit of fake research from my alma mater was courtesy of The Onion — the article went on to suggest problems with transportation infrastructure in the — expanded — Valley could add up to 1,400 hours to workers’ daily commutes.

So, yes, this is clearly tongue-in-cheek, but growth and sprawl in the Phoenix area is a real thing. With me to talk about that is Greg Burger, president of RL Brown Housing Reports in Phoenix. Greg discusses what he thinks about The Onion’s take on growth in the Valley?
