ADP Sets Up Office In Tempe, Plans To Hire 1,500

ADP announced it’s opening a new location in Tempe next spring. The new office will create 1,500 jobs and invest more than $33 million in Tempe’s community. ADP is already recruiting perspective employees and they’re hosting the first of six job fairs starting Nov. 18.

Dinora Sanchez, senior vice president of global business transformation at ADP, says they are looking for customer-support positions as well as individuals who will help set up new clients with services. In addition, Sanchez says, “We’ll have front-level manager jobs, director jobs, VPs. I will also be placing a general manager in that location.”

Sanchez says ADP chose to go into Tempe because of labor availability. She also cited business climate and access to transportation. ADP provides payroll, benefits and HR solutions. The office will be located in a building that formerly housed the headquarters of US Airways.
