Sonoran Institute CEO On What Presidential Election Means For Group's Work

Lots of organizations are looking at their work, and how it may change under the new administration, once President-elect Donald Trump takes office in January.

One of those groups if the Sonoran Institute, which describes its mission as connectng "people and communities with the natural resources that nourish and sustain them."

After Election Day, CEO Stephanie Sklar wrote the 2016 presidential election makes her group’s work more relevant than ever.

Sklar talked about whether the kinds of issues the institute works on got enough attention from any of the candidates during the election.
