Group Finds Phoenix's Financial Health In Middle Of Pack Among Biggest US Cities

A new look at the financial state of the 20 most populated American cities finds Phoenix right in the middle of the pack.

The report from the financial think tank Truth in Accounting ranks Arizona ninth, with a shortfall of around $2 billion.

Sheila Weinberg, founder and CEO of Truth in Accounting, explained how Phoenix got its ranking.
