Map Of Zika Virus Cases Reported In The United States

The Aedes aegypti mosquito can transmit Zika virus.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released data this week on the latest count for Zika virus cases.

So far, 47 cases have been reported in Arizona between Jan, 1, 2015, and Nov. 16, 2016. All are travel-associated. Only Florida has seen locally acquired transmissions of the virus.
