Blending humor and drama, the play " Nogales: Storytellers in Cartel Country" offers a complex version of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and others who helped give perspectives on the shooting of a Mexican boy by the U.S. Border Patrol.
The production is being performed at the Mesa Arts Center from Nov. 18-20.
