Noam Chomsky, renowned linguist, political activist, and sometimes controversial professor, is returning to the University of Arizona to teach a spring politics course.
Noam Chomsky will be co-teaching a seven week course with Emeritus Professor Marv Waterstone. The politics class will explore capitalism, climate change, militarism, globalization and social inequality.
Chomsky has previously taught a short linguistics seminar at the U of A and given popular guest lectures.
This spring’s seminar will begin in January and is open to both students and community members.
