Today is World AIDS Day, and this fall, Phoenix became the 11th American city to join the Fast-Track Cities Initiative, with the goal of reducing HIV and AIDS as public-health threats.
Glen Spencer talks about the importance of that partnership — and how Phoenix and the other cities involved may reach their goals. He's the executive director of Aunt Rita’s Foundation, a Phoenix-based group that’s also working to eliminate HIV/AIDS.
