Republicans in Congress have been talking about “repeal and replace,” as has President-elect Donald Trump, but there aren’t a ton of details about what would replace the ACA after a repeal.
One of the areas that’d be affected is Medicaid expansion — Arizona is one of the several states that expanded the health-insurance program for the poor under the ACA.
