U.S. defense contractor Raytheon Company announced it’s won a contract from the Naval Supply System Command Weapons Systems Support to repair weapons equipment for F-A 18 Aircraft.
Work will be done primarily in California, but also at Raytheon locations in Arizona as well as Florida, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire.
The four-year contract totals $101.9 million. If extended to five years, the contract total will be for $128.2 million.
The Navy will provide working capital funds of $27.5 million to cover the ongoing work.
The estimated completion date is December 2020.
