ASU Acquires Collection Of Classic Literature

Some of European literature’s classics survive today in high school and college classrooms. But beyond those walls, not much attention is paid to them.

Recently, though, the ASU Libraries acquired three dozen books that had been owned by Phoenix businessman Robert A. Lawler.

To learn more about their impact, we spoke with Richard Newhauser, a professor of English and medieval studies at ASU.
