Concern about water in the desert doesn’t ebb and flow like an ocean. It’s around us pretty much all of the time. And our lengthy drought has made that even more dramatic.
To that end, Arizona, Nevada and California have been working to cooperate on a Drought Contingency Plan. The Bureau of Reclamation is also taking part.
