Immigration enforcement legislation is no stranger to Arizona — SB 1070 being the most well-known.
Wednesday morning in a New Orleans federal courtroom, a 5th U.S. Circuit panel considered the case of Cruz et al v. Abbott out of Texas. It involves one provision of that state’s HB 11, the provision is related to so-called immigrant harboring.
