How Did Legislative Democrats See Ducey's State Of The State Address?

Gov. Doug Ducey gave his State of the State address Monday. In it, he outlined several proposals for improving K-12 education and called for restoring a year’s worth of cash assistance for low-income families.

To get a sense of how legislative Democrats saw the governor’s speech, we spoke to House Minority Leader Rebecca Rios.

Policy-wise, it seems like there’s a lot for Rios and her caucus to like.
