Two thousand sixteen was, overall, a strong year for the U.S. housing market, even with a relatively slow December.
And those trends applied to the Valley and other large cities in the West.
So, what is the overall condition of the housing market early in 2017?
We turned to Edward Coulson to find out. He is with University of California-Irvine’s Real Estate Center and was recently with University of Nevada-Las Vegas Institute for Real Estate Studies.
