Monday is the last day to register to vote in the March 14 runoff election for Council District 3 in Phoenix.
The election is needed because neither candidate, Christopher DeRose and Debra Stark, received a majority of votes in last November’s Special Council Election.
Voters who are on the permanent early voting list and live in District 3 will automatically receive an early ballot by mail. Otherwise, a voter can request an early ballot by March 3.
The seat had been filled by former Councilman Bill Gates.
