ASU Talk Examines How Technology Is Changing Travel Planning

Fifty five percent of American workers didn’t use all of their paid time off in 2016, according to the latest State of American Vacation report.

And recently on The Show, we spoke with a workplace advice columnist about why that is.

Research shows that if people do official planning of a vacation, they’re more likely to use their paid time off.

Christine Vogt, who is director of ASU’s Center for Sustainable Tourism, has looked into that and other travel and tech-related topics. She’ll be talking about those tonight at 6 p.m. as part of ASU’s Public Service Impact Talks. She talks about how technology is changing how and when we take our vacations.
