Supreme Court Justices Hear Arguments In State-Law Case

Arizona Supreme Court Justices heard arguments Tuesday over how far charter cities can go in enacting their own ordinances.

And specifically, whether a 2016 state law penalizing cities that have rules that violate state law can lose their state-shared revenue.

Howie Fischer of Capitol Media Services was in the courtroom Tuesday, and joins me today.
