If you’ve driven over the Salt River over the past few days, you may have noticed something unusual: water.
Salt River Project has been releasing water at a higher rate than usual because of all the rain and snow this winter.
In fact, Tempe Town Lake was closed Wednesday for boating due to the debris coming from the Upper Salt River.
