Will Trump's New Immigration Executive Order Pass Constitutional Muster?

President Trump on Monday signed a revised executive order on immigration. Among the changes: it no longer includes Iraq on the list of countries for which there’ll be a 90-day ban on travel.

It also removes the blanket ban on refugees from Syria, although there will still be a 120-day suspension of the refugee program.

The president’s original executive order was largely blocked by the courts.

To find out if the revised version will have any more legal luck, I’m joined by Gabriel Chin. Chin is a professor of law at the University of California-Davis School of Law.
