Voting centers are set to open Saturday for the March 14 District 3 council member runoff election.
Registered voters can also cast their ballot on March 13 and 14.
The election is needed because neither candidate — Christopher DeRose and nor Debra Stark — received a majority of votes in last November’s Special Council Election.
Voters who received an early ballot can deliver it to any voting center no later than 7 p.m. on March 14.
The seat had previously been filled by former Councilman Bill Gates.
