On Tuesday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled the state’s voter-approved minimum wage law will stand.
The court unanimously rejected a lawsuit from the Arizona Chamber of Commerce and other business groups challenging Prop. 206, the law that raised the minimum wage to $10 an hour this year and will bump it up to $12 an hour by 2020.
