A well-known Arizona Republican is now Melania Trump’s official spokesperson.
On Monday, the White House officially named Stephanie Grisham Special Assistant to President Donald Trump and Press Aide to the First Lady.
Grisham began as a contractor on the Trump campaign in mid-2015, while simultaneously wrapping up her position as Arizona’s House Republican spokesperson.
She played a key role planning Trump’s Arizona campaign stops during the presidential primary and was recruited to join Trump’s communications team after his election in November.
First Lady Trump called Grisham “a wonderful addition to the team,” with a wealth of experience.
In the past, Grisham served as spokesperson for former Attorney General Tom Horne.
