Arizona Farms Struggle To Find American Workers

It can be a challenge for farms to find local labor.

In California, for example, the Los Angeles Times reported farmers have offered to pay higher than the minimum wage; some have also offered health insurance, paid vacation and 401(k) plans.

And yet, even with those enticements, farmers have found Americans still don’t want the jobs.

To find out if that’s also the case in Arizona, I’m joined by Joseph Sigg, CEO of the Arizona Farm Bureau.
