US Supreme Court Hears Arizona Case On Military Benefits, Divorce

The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments late last month in a case from Arizona, dealing with military pension benefits.

It involves John Howell, an Air Force veteran, and his former wife, Sandra.

With me to explain the case is Mark Sullivan. He practices Family Law in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is author of "The Military Divorce Handbook."

A ruling in the case, Howell v. Howell, is expected later this year.
