Are Millennials a job-hopping generation?
A Gallup survey from last year finds one in five Millennials reported changing jobs in the past year; that’s more than three times the number of non-Millennials who said that.
That same Gallup survey found 60 percent of Millennials said they’re open to a different job — that, too, is higher than people of other generations.
