Report: Arizona Has A Problem Keeping Teachers — And It's Not Getting Better

It’s no secret that Arizona has a problem with teachers. With years of stagnant pay, cuts to education and large class sizes, teacher retention and pay are at crisis levels in our state.

Now, initial findings from a new study from the Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University shows the problem is not getting better.
