An ASU instructor whose students staged a protest as part of their final exam has come under social-media scrutiny.
Angeles Maldonado teaches a course on human rights and gave her students a choice at the end of the semester — write a research paper or do a group project focusing on human-rights issues.
Her students chose the latter, and the result did not sit well with some online observers. Dr. Maldonado joins me now.
