The United States has fought multiple wars for nearly 15 years, with ground soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The nation had a strategic plan for decades based upon the concept that it could fight two significant ground wars simultaneously, though the Obama Administration de-emphasized that after a 2012 Pentagon review.
Does it make sense for the U.S. to have troops spread around, especially as the use of drones and other advanced technology evolves? And could that be tested in North Korea and Syria?
