Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton delivered his sixth State of the City address on Tuesday, at a time when speculation about his political future is flying.
Will he run for Secretary of State or Congress? Will this be his final State of the City speech?
As most of these speeches do, Mayor Stanton’s moved from topic to topic — from transportation in Phoenix to the Legislature and governor not providing enough money to Arizona’s schools.
